The holidays are quickly approaching - AKA friends and family start coming to town and it's your job to entertain them. We know how crazy busy this time of year gets, so we rounded up our favorite places to wine and dine across Dallas-Fort Worth this winter! With much of the BabeCrew being avid foodies, we all have our favorite spots in the metroplex for fine dining, a weekend brunch, happy hours and everything in between.

WHERE TO BRUNCH:

Known for their baked-to-order biscuits and innovative twists on classic meals, Fixe is one of @buddylovesbre's favorite brunch spots! Bre recommends the fish and chips, shrimp and grits and bloody marys. (One of the best bloody marys she's ever had!)

When discussing our favorite brunch spots, @buddylovespaige screamed Le Bilboquet from across the office. Let's just say she's passionate about this place. You may think you've stepped into a quaint European city but rest assured, you're still in Dallas! From the brunch menu, Paige recommends the Chicken Sandwich and Brioche French Toast.

This rustic-chic coffeehouse and diner is a mid-morning bruncher's dream! Oddfellows is known for their rich coffee and teas, farm fresh food and easy-going vibes. A true gem in Bishop Arts District!

WHERE TO HANG:

One of the newest and largest outdoor patios in Dallas, this beer garden is a VIBE. Jaxon Beer Garden offers elevated Texas cuisine, 40 regional craft beers on tap and so much more. It's quickly become many of the Babe's favorite outdoor hangout spot!

@buddylovesblythe recommends the Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich with a good ole' Ranch Water!

Located on the banks of the Trinity River, Woodshed Smokehouse was made for a casual, fun dining experience. Featuring a large outdoor patio facing the river and a menu featuring all things grilled, roasted and smoked, everyone needs Woodshed in their lives. A prime spot for private parties and big groups!

PRO TIP: Dogs are welcome on the patio AND they even have a special menu for your furry friends!

A Fort Worth staple since 1935, known for their house margaritas and foliage filled courtyard, Joe T's is simply iconic. Taking up an entire city block, this is the top spot for group dining! While there's almost always a line out the door, you just can't beat the electric atmosphere. Plus, the wait is half of the fun with their infamous margarita pitchers!

This Old Hollywood-inspired steakhouse is a local and BabeCrew favorite! Drake's swanky ambiance, live music and variety of wine and cocktails make for one of the best date night spots in the big D.
