Here are the terms and conditions for new accounts:
- Point of sale retail location(s) must be approved whether brick and mortar, online, or both.
- We’d love to see your store! Send us images of your boutique and what you’re proud of (the outside storefront, register/ checkout bay, sales floor), specifically where our BuddyLove merchandise will be displayed. If you plan to sell online, you must provide the website(s) for approval.
- New retailers should apply to sell BuddyLove with your namesake site. We do not approve the resale of BuddyLove products or goods on marketplaces or any other site without written consent from BuddyLove.
- If you are retailing on a Facebook Group, rather than a website, this must be disclosed and firstname.lastname@example.org added as a member to the group.
Minimum Order Amounts
For first time customers of BuddyLove, the minimum order value is $500. This is typically less than 2 packs of an item (prices will vary) and intended as a minimum display presentation. After your first initial order of $500, there is no further minimum order amount.
Placing an Order
- Submit your order via our wholesale site at wholesale.buddylove.com. You must be a registered user to view this site. Once you’ve applied, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.
- Call your sales rep, which will be assigned to you and sent via email upon account approval
- Call or chat a customer service representative at (817) 233-6518 or email@example.com
- We want to make sure our clothes sell well for you and that you're not undercut by other boutiques. Because of this, we have a suggested retail selling price range for each style. These prices can be found on the Resource Center tab on the site (https://wholesale.buddylove.com/pages/pricing-guide).
- We do understand your occasional need to markdown merchandise so feel free to take a price cut if needed, no sooner than 3 months after the product’s initial launch date. Any discounts are the sole responsibility of the retailer and are not funded by BuddyLove.
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will see wholesale prices on www.wholesale.buddylove.com, once logged in. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping.
As a partner of BuddyLove, we care about your success! We have created a resource tab on the site to provide you the most up to date pricing, images, videos, and branded BuddyLove content. All of this content is free to use appropriately to market your boutique/site. Please check back frequently for updates; most images are available a month before ship.
All sales are considered final. If you have a need to return merchandise, all claims must be made within five (5) days of receipt of goods and approved in writing with a return authorization (RA) number from BuddyLove. Goods will not be accepted or credited without prior authorization from our company and a RA number. All RA requests will be approved or declined within 5 days of request and credited to your original payment method. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise can be imposed on all returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective items at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We want to make it as easy as possible to order our product! We accept major credit cards and are enabled with Afterpay payment methods.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. You will have the ability to select the best shipping method for your needs when placing your order. Orders over $1,000 currently have free shipping, which is subject to change with the latest information posted on the wholesale site.
Damages and Defects
We normally do not have damages, but understand they do happen. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If there are any damage issues, you need to contact BuddyLove within 5 days of receipt. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 days after receipt.
BuddyLove generally ships in stock orders within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email (make sure we don’t go to spam!) with tracking as soon as the order ships so you can expect delivery. All pre-order items will ship upon arrival within 7-10 days.
Pre-order items will be clearly marked and are intended to give you a chance to get the latest collection and avoid sellouts. Pre-orders can be placed for select merchandise on the wholesale.buddylove.com site with a 15% non-refundable deposit that will go towards the invoice. Once the product arrives, the balance of the invoice will be charged, and the items will be shipped within 7-10 days of the listed launch date.
Shipping International Orders
We currently ship within the US only and do not ship international orders at this time.
Rights of Refusal
BuddyLove reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Misrepresentation of the BuddyLove brand
- Brand adjacencies
- The above listed terms & conditions
- Any new terms & conditions whether written, verbal, or non-communicated
